The <br /> project's construction scope will include 1 trickling filter, additional contact basin channel, 1 secondary <br /> clarifier, 1 new pump at the south of the effluent station, 1 anaerobic digester and modifications to the north <br /> effluent station. The project is estimated to cost $56.0 Million. Of the $56.0 Million, the loan will provide <br /> $10,000,000 and the balance of$46,000,000 will come from local revenue and wholesale contributions. The <br /> terms of the loan are 0.5% interest rate for a 20-year term with a minimum local match of 15%. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2012 Public Works Trust Fund Loan Application for Everett Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility Expansion, Phase C. <br /> 44 <br />
