<br /> The City ofs,Everett's Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) presently has a capacity of 35 MGD.
<br /> Everett has been asked by the City of Snohomish to take and treat its sewage in order to remove it
<br /> from the upper Snohomish River. In order to accommodate this additional flow(2.92 MGD) Everett is
<br /> designing the addition of: a trickling filter, contact channel, solids thickener, secondary clarifier and
<br /> a co-generation facility. This will add 5 MGD capacity to the WPCF.

<br /> Control Facility site on Smith Island, 2.) Preparation of bid documents for GC/CM contractor, 3.)
<br /> Advertise and award of construction contract to GC/CM contractor, 4.) Project construction and 5.)
