The
proposed skybridge will be 50 feet long, and will be approximately 8 to 10 feet wide by 12 1/2 feet tall.
City staff is prepared to review the proposed skybridge for compatibility within the right-of-way and some
preliminary staff comments suggest providing public notice of the proposal in order to provide an
opportunity for public comments prior to a formal review.
Since the proposed skybridge may only be approved by City Council's passage of an Ordinance, staff is
providing a briefing to Council on the proposal and seeking any concerns the Council may have regarding
the proposal.
RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council):
1
