I also wear another hat, I <br /> am the administrator for Everett Bone and Joint Physicians(EBJ), a Division of Proliance Surgeons, Inc. <br /> For many years PAA has owned the buildings at 1100 and 1114 Pacific Avenue. An alley separates the <br /> buildings. EBJ rents space on all three floors of the 1100 Pacific building and floors one and three of the <br /> 1114 Pacific building. EBJ has outgrown our space at 1100 Pacific and we wish to add clinic space on the <br /> second,third and fourth floors of the 1114 Pacific building. <br /> EBJ is an Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine clinic. We currently have eight orthopedic surgeons <br /> on staff and our ninth surgeon is joining in August of this year. We have an accredited free standing <br /> surgery center(ASC)on the first floor of the 1100 Pacific building. EBJ has an average clinic/ASC patient <br /> volume of 2,439 per month. <br /> Allowing EBJ to construct a sky bridge over the existing alley right of way will allow us to transport and <br /> move our patients safely and efficiently as well as keeping our patients out of inclement weather. <br /> Please feel free to visit our website at www.everettboneandjoint.com <br /> Attached are architectural drawings of the proposed sky bridge.
