<br /> Modified Bid Items Change Order#1 modifies 3 existing bid items to the contract as listed below.
<br /> Item#6—24" Cross Walk. Modify the bid item entitled, "24"Cross Walk", at the unit price of
<br /> $3.25/LF, for a quantity increase of 5,103 lineal feet of 24" Cross Walk, for a total contract price
<br /> increase of$16,584.75.
<br /> Item #7—24" Stop Bar. Modify the bid item entitled, "24" Stop Bar", at the unit price of$4.25/LF,
<br /> for a quantity increase of 1,519 lineal feet of Plastic Line, for a total contract price increase of
<br /> $6,455.75.
<br /> Item#10—Plastic Line. Modify the bid item entitled, "Plastic Line", at the unit price 6f$0.55/LF, for
<br /> a quantity increase of 36,830,000 lineal feet of Plastic Line, for a total contract price increase of
<br /> $20,256.50.
<br /> The total price increase cost as a result of modifying these 3 existing bid items is $43,297.00.
<br /> Exhibit B —Justification:
<br /> Item#6—24" Cross Walk. This bid item is being modified to pay for additional 24"Cross Walk, as
<br /> ordered by the engineer. This work will be measured and paid for on a lineal foot basis.
<br /> Item #7—24" Stop Bar. This bid item is being modified to pay for additional 24" Stop Bar, as
<br /> ordered by the engineer. This work will be measured and paid for on a lineal foot basis.
