This proposed <br /> ordinance would update the City Criminal Code DV Order provisions by adding pertinent definitions to <br /> Chapter 10.02, revising the references to various types of protective orders in recognition that the only types <br /> of protective orders that are currently issued by the Everett Municipal Court are No Contact Orders, and <br /> revising other sections of Chapter 10.22 to properly reference felony statutes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance relating to Domestic Violence. Orders, Amending Ordinance Nos. 1145-85 §14, 1234- <br /> 86, 2465-00, 2919-06,and 2417-99 as provided in Section 20 herein. <br />
