4 <br /> Indemnity <br /> The sponsoring organization shall defend, indemnify and hold the City harmless from and <br /> against any and all Claims for personal injury and property damage arising from, relating to, <br /> or resulting from the Event. The sponsoring organization shall not defend, indemnify, and <br /> hold the City harmless from Claims arising out of the sole negligence or sole willful <br /> misconduct of the City.
