(1) CB 1108-29 — 1st Reading — Adopt Proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled, "Snohomish Riverfront Trail", Fund 303, Program 031, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 3152-09 (3rd and final reading on 9-14-11) CONSENT ITEMS: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,443,938.04 for the period of August 13, 2011 through August 19, 2011 (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,460,064.64 for the period ending August 13, 2011 (4) Authorize a rolling street closure beginning at Lowell Park, and traveling to 41st Street, to Rucker, to Pacific, to West Marine View Drive and on to SR 529 for a Motorcycle Procession in honor of 9/11 sponsored by the Puget Sound Harley Owners Group on September 11, 2011, 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. (5) Authorize closure of alleyway between 52nd Street SE and Woodlawn Avenue (except for local traffic) for a Multi-Neighbor BBQ / 10 year Anniversary of 9/11 sponsored by a Tri-Neighbor Group on September 11, 2011, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (6) Authorize the closure of the westernmost southbound lane of Broadway between Hewitt and Wall Street for Ringling Bros.
