It also adds two new bid items to <br /> Schedule#1 for utility conduit crossings and perforated drain pipe installation. Change Order#2 also adds <br /> additional square yards of cement concrete pavement to Schedule#4 of the project. <br /> The new Schedule#5,which consists of fifteen(15)bid items,will track the costs to construct full-width <br /> street replacement and pavement overlay of existing roadways of upper and lower Laurel Drive. These <br /> roadways were originally designed to have trench patch restoration in the areas of the sewer replacement <br /> work,but it became necessary to do full-width replacement and overlay of these streets due to damage caused <br /> by heavy construction traffic loads during the course of construction in the Rucker Hill neighborhood. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order#2 with KLB Construction for the Sewer F, Schedule B Project in <br /> the amount of$352,415.00. <br /> 39 <br />
