The Interlocal Agreement Establishing Snohomish Regional <br /> Drug & Gang Task Force provides for each jurisdiction to contribute toward the local match requirements for <br /> federal grant funds. The City of Everett's share for the agreement of July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2012, is <br /> $25,447.00. The agreement further provides that the City of Everett will assign its Narcotics Unit to the Task <br /> Force. The $25,447.00 is drawn from the Narcotics Forfeiture Account and will not affect the General Fund. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement Establishing Snohomish Regional Drug& Gang Task <br /> Force in the amount of$25,447.00 and the letter of consent for proposed changes. <br /> 2 <br />
