Per our recent discussions with you,it is <br /> our intention to utilize the services of Metron and Associates Inc. to provide surveying services <br /> during Phase 1, generally described as follows: <br /> 1. Scope: <br /> Field Surveying.Set basic ground control and conduct'field surveys to identify basement <br /> elevations of up to 60 homes with basements,generally located where virtual basements <br /> are shown in Figure 4-21 of the OTAK report entitled North Everett Combined Sewer <br /> Evaluation(Basin D)—Post June 9, 2010 Event,February 2011. Actual properties to be <br /> surveyed will be based on City-conducted survey,field spot observations, and historical <br /> knowledge of the City of known basement flooding events. Basement elevation survey <br /> will be determined following notification of property owners by the City. Provide up to <br /> one full day of miscellaneous field measurements and documentation of regulator and <br /> overflow structures and other identified manholes for which elevations or survey <br /> information is required. <br /> • 2. Budget: $14,273.00 <br /> Our contract administrator will be contacting you soon to provide a draft agreement for your <br /> review.
