This stage will complete the 30% design, <br /> environmental permitting,update the survey,prepare a geotechnical report, and assist the City with right-of- <br /> way support for a pedestrian and bicycle bridge from East Marine View Drive,in the vicinity of Jackson <br /> Park,to the Snohomish Riverfront. This non-motorized facility is part of the City's comprehensive trail plan, <br /> which includes a trail around the City's north-end peninsula that will ultimately connect with other bicycle <br /> and pedestrian transportation facilities to the north,west, east, and south of Everett. KPFF Consulting <br /> Engineers were selected through a qualifications based selection process to accomplish this design effort. <br /> The funding for this Agreement is: <br /> Fund 303,Program 057 $339,948.00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement Number 1 KPFF Consulting Engineers to extend the <br /> completion date for design services related to the Henry M.
