(1) CB 1110-31 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Everett For fiscal year commencing January 1, 2012, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the ensuing year, as required by the Charter of the City of Everett and the laws of the State of Washington (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 10-26-11) (2) CB 1110-32 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the special construction fund entitled "Everett Animal Shelter" Fund 3432, Program 011 as established by Ordinance No. 2981-07 and amended by Ordinance No. 3040-07 and 3058-08 (3rd and final reading on 10-26-11) CONSENT ITEMS: (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,553,053.09 for the period of September 24, 2011 through September 30, 2011 (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,348,910.02 for the period ending September 24, 2011 ACTION ITEMS: (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. to provide preliminary engineering services for the Sewer System Improvements "M" in an amount not to exceed $298,700.00 AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE
