5 <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Graphic summarization of pavement conditions surveys provided by the City of Everett. <br /> • Field notes and photographs documenting cursory field reviews. <br /> • Preliminary recommendations for repair/replacement (streets, alleys and intersections). <br /> • Preliminary estimate of probable rehabilitation costs (streets, alleys and intersections). <br /> • Agenda, workshop and meeting notes to review street assessment. <br /> • Technical Summary Memorandum, 10 copies. <br /> Task 500 — Basis of Design Report <br /> The purpose of this task is to incorporate the findings of Tasks 200, 300, and 400 into a Basis of <br /> Design Report that describes the recommended project for Phase 2 and the construction <br /> schedule: <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The Consultant will rely on the City's water system information for replacement of or <br /> modifications to waterlines, if any. The Scope of Work will include an as-requested task <br /> for waterline replacement engineering. <br /> Activities: <br /> Waterline Modifications. Receive, review, and comment on, if any, City-provided information <br /> regarding waterline conditions and replacement/ improvement requests. <br /> Basis of Design Report. The Consultant will compile and summarize the information prepared <br /> in Tasks 200, 300, and 400, as well as information provided by the City on waterline <br /> replacement and/or improvements. Using the information and the results of workshops <br /> previously completed,the Consultant will describe the Sewer"M" project including the SD <br /> Bypass Pipeline alignment, CS system repair and replacement, street repair and replacement, <br /> and waterline replacement/ improvements. A draft report will include the following elements: <br /> • Executive summary. <br /> • Technical memoranda from Tasks 200, 300, and 400. <br /> • Design criteria. <br /> • Preliminary plans using GIS mapping. <br /> • Planning level cost estimates for the elements of the work, <br /> • Draft construction phasing plan <br /> • Design scope and schedule. <br /> Basis of Design Workshop. The Consultant will convene a 4-hour Basis of Design Workshop <br /> to present the draft report. <br /> • <br /> Final Basis of Design Report. The City will review and comment on the draft report. The <br /> Consultant will respond to comments, meeting as required to resolve comments.
