iitiW:,,, -1 _ <br /> 2 <br /> 41-1b74-,A'-AA-Yr <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund <br /> entitled "Everett Animal Shelter" Fund 342, Program <br /> 011, as established by Ordinance No. 2981-07 and <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 3040-07 and 3058-08. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Everett Animal Shelter", Fund 342, Program 011 was <br /> established to provide for the design and construction of the new Animal Shelter <br /> at 333 Smith Island Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2981-07 was established to fund the design of the <br /> new Animal Shelter; and. <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3040-07 was established to provide additional <br /> funding necessary to complete the design of the new Animal Shelter; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3058-08 was established to provide additional <br /> funding to complete the design and construction of the new Animal Shelter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund 342, Program 011, "Everett <br /> Animal Shelter" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Everett Animal Shelter" are <br /> as follows: <br /> 6 . <br />
