(1) CB 1110-35 — 1st Reading -Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "North Everett Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety," Fund 303, Program 093, to accumulate all costs for the improvement (3rd and final reading on 11-16-11) CONSENT ITEMS: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $ 1,530,599.62 for the period of October 15, 2011 through October 21, 2011 (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $ 4,864,839.92 for the period of September 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011 (4) Accept the Replacement of Water Transmission Line 2, Phase 8B Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Tri State Construction releasing retainage in the amount of $129,663.38.
