The amounts paid to the contractor under this contract are as follows: The contract total paid to date is$2,593,267.88,exclusive of Washington State sales tax. The amount of retainage withheld is$129,663.38. The amount of Washington State sales tax paid is$223,021.03. The total amount paid is $2,686,625.53. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Accept the Replacement of Water Transmission Line 2,Phase 8B Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Tri State Construction releasing retainage in the amount of$129,663.38. 9
