The new water pipeline will be installed <br /> under the Snohomish River east of SR-529 utilizing hydraulic directional drilling methods. The project <br /> requires a Utility Easement Agreement and a Restoration Agreement with Marshall and Katherine Cymbaluk <br /> Family LLC for their site at 315 Riverside Road to accommodate the construction and operation of the new <br /> pipeline. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Tulalip Water Pipeline Utility Easement Agreement and Restoration <br /> Agreement with Marshall and Katherine Cymbaluk Family LLC in the amount of$6,000. <br /> 19 <br />
