Tunnel Number One <br /> was constructed in 1929 and regulated to emergency backup service 1966. It was decommissioned in 2004. <br /> This PSA will provide the required Abandonment Plan and design modifications to Tunnel Number One's <br /> Spillway and Gate Shaft. Upon completion of the contract the City will have received an Abandonment Plan <br /> to present to DOE and drawings and specifications to execute Tunnel Number One's abandonment. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): • <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Gray& Osborne, Inc. to provide <br /> Engineering Consultation and Design services for Lake Chaplain's South Dam Tunnel Number One <br /> Abandonment Plan in the amount of$40,930. <br /> 139 <br />
