• <br /> 5 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> M <br /> ,V <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Evergreen Way(SR99) -Airport Road to 112th Street Pedestrian <br /> Safety,"Fund 303,Program 092,to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and received funds for design and <br /> construction of pedestrian safety improvements on Evergreen Way,between Airport Road and <br /> 112th Street; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section l: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303,Program 092, entitled <br /> "Evergreen Way(SR99)-Airport Road to 112th Street Pedestrian Safety,"to accumulate all <br /> costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 092, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: • <br /> • <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director," under direction of the Mayor, <br /> to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to <br /> accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> • <br /> Section 4: . <br /> • <br /> The sum of$390,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303,Program 092, "Evergreen Way <br /> (SR99) -Airport Road to 112th Street Pedestrian Safety,"as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> • <br /> Design $50,000.00 <br /> Construction $ 340,000.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 390,000.00 <br /> 24 <br />
