These projects include the <br /> design and construction of trails,bridges,boardwalks,habitat enhancements, covered shelters, interpretive <br /> sites, and a public park for the Riverfront Development. <br /> This ordinance is needed to update the funding necessary to complete the authorized design,permitting, <br /> and plan preparation of drainage and trail improvements.
