<br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT:
<br /> This ordinance will create a special fund to accumulate all costs for the design and construction of the 41St
<br /> Street Extension and Roundabout for the Riverfront Development. This project,identified in the Property
<br /> Disposition Agreement, will construct a roundabout and extend 41St Street to provide access to the former
<br /> Simpson site. Based on the construction contract there is a need to revise the current plans and systems
<br /> ordinance.
<br /> The funding sources for this improvement project are:
<br /> Fund 308—Land Sale OM $5,553,230.00
<br /> Fund 009—General Fund 665,000.00
<br /> Fund 115—GG Special Projects 1,075,000.00
<br /> Fund 154—CIP 3 4,000,000.00
<br /> Fund 162—CIP 4 525,000.00
<br /> Total $11,818,230.00
