Attachment 2: U-PASS Agreement Products,Pricing and Terms 1 1 <br /> • <br /> Term: October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012 (1) <br /> Payment Terms: Quarterly payments, due net 60 days from receipt of invoice, payment via check <br /> Products Included: Regular service on all Everett Transit, Community Transit, King County Metro <br /> Transit, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit and Sound Transit buses and trains, including paratransit and <br /> King County Ferry District Water Taxi <br /> Vanpool on Community Transit, King County Metro Transit, Kitsap Transit and Pierce Transit <br /> Pierce Transit Emergency Ride Home service will be provided at UW Tacoma campus up to <br /> an annual value of$1000 use, at no charge to the University. <br /> King County Home Free Guarantee service will be provided at Cascadia Community College, and will be <br /> charged as designated in this Attachment and Attachment 5. <br /> Vanpool Service Terms: $ 70.00 <br /> Monthly Value of U-PASS Vanpool Subsidy-full time riders $ 35.00 <br /> Monthly Value of U-PASS Vanpool Subsidy-part time riders 20.00 <br /> Monhly Value of U-PASS for Vanshare-Harboview Medical Center only $ <br /> Individual vanpoolers are responsible for any required fare payment in excess of the fare subsidy <br /> provided by the University. <br /> For King County vanpools: <br /> In addition to the amount paid by University as set forth in this Attachment, University agrees to pay the <br /> subsidy rate for any and all vanpool subsidy over the initial payment. King County will invoice University <br /> for any additional amounts due. <br /> If actual van expenses incurred by Eligible Students or Eligible Faculty or Staff are less than the <br /> amount paid in advance by the University, as specified below, King County shall credit the University. <br /> ORCA Card Fee: $5 per card, except as provided in Section 11.9.
