(1) Concur with the recommendation of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee to accept the long term obligations of the Hotel Motel Tax including the change of obligations of the Hotel Motel Tax including the change of obligation to the Everett Tourism Strategy Plan PROPOSED ACTION: (These items currently scheduled for action on a future Everett City Council.meeting). (2) CB 1112-43 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, '36th Street / Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail Line Non-Motorized Improvements", Fund 303, Program 078, to accumulate all costs of the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2972-07 (3rd and final reading on 1-4-12) (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with McBee Strategic Consulting, LLC to provide consulting services on legislative matters at the federal level in the amount of $120,000.00 (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Doug Levy doing business as Outcomes by Levy to provide consulting services on legislative matters at the federal level in the amount of $72,100.00 (5) Adopt Resolution establishing Prohibited Areas related to areas of drug and prostitution activity CONSENT ITEMS: (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,978,064.29 for the period of December 3, 2011 through December 9, 2011 AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE
