. 2 .6 7. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, "36th Street/BNSF <br /> Rail Line Non-Motorized Improvements",Fund 303,Program 078,to accumulate all <br /> costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No.2972-07. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received funds for non-motorized <br /> improvements to 36th Street at the BNSF Rail Line crossing;and • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 078, entitled "36th <br /> Street/BNSF Rail Line Non-Motorized Improvements", to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement and repealing Ordinance No. 2972-07. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 078, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director or City Engineer," under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$701,552.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 078, "36th Street/BNSF <br /> Rail Line Non-Motorized Improvements",as follows: <br /> A.
