(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Economic Alliance Snohomish County to provide marketing and economic development technical services in the amount of $75,000.00 (2) CB 1201-05 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled "Snohomish River/ Langus Park Public Access Pedestrian Bridge," Fund 303, Program 057, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No 2565-01 (31d and final reading on 2-1-12) (3) Concur with the recommendation of the Cultural Arts Commission and approve the 2012 Cultural Arts Capital and Programming Grants Awards as designated in the amount not to exceed $40,000.00 (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Heartland, LLC, for consulting services related to the Riverfront Development Project in the amount of $75,000 CONSENT ITEMS: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,136,097.93 for the period of December 31, 2011 through January 6, 2012 (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,383,541.69 for the period ending December 31, 2011 (7) Authorize a Call for Bids for the SR 99/Evergreen Way BRT Signal Priority Improvements at Rucker and Pacific AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE
