ACTION ITEMS: (8) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment to Lease with Trinity Lutheran College for Municipal Court Probation space at 2802 Wetmore Avenue (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 9 to the Property Purchase Agreement with Touchstone Corporation for the Purchase and Redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property extending the Project Approvals Period for 9 months (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Advertising Agreement with SuperMedia LLC in the amount of $7,396.20 (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Grade Crossing Construction and Maintenance Agreement, Easement, and Memorandum of Agreement with Burlington Northern Santa Fe for improvements at Pacific Avenue and Eclipse Mill Road Intersection (12) Award construction contract and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with IMCO General Construction, Inc., for the `Transmission Line No. 5 Pile Replacement" project in the amount of $891,253.05, including Washington State sales tax. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Bellevue for Everett Fire Department personnel to participate in WMD/MCI/Active Shooter training.
