This grant provides for the acquisition of a <br /> Mobile Command Vehicle that would allow the Everett Police Department to respond to potential release of <br /> hazardous materials. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents with the Washington State Military Department to <br /> accept funds in the amount of$119,500.00 for the FFY10 Buffer Zone Protection Program award. <br /> 13 <br />
