WHEREAS,notice of Council's consideration of this Resolution was provided to the <br /> Owner; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett that the <br /> costs and penalties set forth in the report attached hereto is confirmed for the Property.
