Hearing Examiner imposes a$1,000 fine, due by 13/30/16, and sets a <br /> deadline of 12/23/16 to secure the property from trespass and removal of <br /> discarded items and overgrown vegetation. <br /> 01/03/17: Order of the City of Everett Code Official sent to owners and posted at Property <br /> requiring abatement of violations on property by 01/09/17. <br /> 01/09/17: Inspection revealed structures on the property remained unsecured and open to <br /> trespass; discarded items and overgrown vegetation had been removed from <br /> public view on site. <br /> 01/13/17: Abatement completed by Combined Construction, Inc. <br /> 02/14/17: Notice of abatement cost sent via regular, certified mail and posting. <br /> 04/05/17: Notice of Council Hearing is sent certified and posted on property. <br /> 04/19/17: Council Hearing. <br />
