IPMC 108.1.5(7) Dangerous Structure or Premises, which reads: <br /> For the purpose of this code, any structure or premises that have any or all of the <br /> conditions or defects described below shall be considered dangerous: <br /> (7) The building or structure is neglected, damaged, dilapidated, unsecured or <br /> abandoned so as to become an attractive nuisance to children who might play <br /> in the building or structure to their danger, becomes a harbor for vagrants, <br /> criminals or immoral persons, or enables persons to resort to the building or <br /> structure for committing a nuisance or an unlawful act. <br /> 4. IPMC 505.1 Water System General, which reads: <br /> Every sink, lavatory, bathtub or shower, drinking fountain, water closet or other <br /> plumbing fixture shall be properly connected to either a public water system or to an <br /> approved private water system. All kitchen sinks, lavatories, laundry facilities, <br /> bathtubs and showers shall be supplied with hot or tempered and cold running <br /> water in accordance with the International Plumbing Code. <br /> 5. IPMC 604.1 Electrical Facilities required, which reads: <br /> Every occupied building shall be provided with an electrical system in compliance <br /> with the requirements of this section and Section 605. <br /> 6. EMC 8.20.020 (A)(C)(E)(G) Nuisances, which reads: <br /> Except as authorized by subsection H of this section or as may be allowed by <br /> another city ordinance, no person owning, leasing, renting, occupying or having <br /> charge or possession of any property in the city, including vacant lots, shall maintain <br /> or allow to be maintained on the property outside of a fully enclosed structure such <br /> as a shed, dwelling, or closeable garage, any of the following conditions visible from <br /> any street, alley, or other public or private property: <br /> (A)Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber or salvage materials or other similar <br /> materials. <br /> (C)Broken or discarded furniture, household equipment and furnishings; <br /> (E) Dead, decayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees or vegetation, or any <br /> vegetation (not including vegetation located in flower beds) taller than forty-two <br /> inches high or grass taller than twelve inches in height; <br />
