‘44EL/ERETT ORDINANCE NO. 1819-91 AN ORDINANCE annexing three separate properties located between 108th Street SE and 116th Street SE, and between Meridian Avenue and 9th Place SE WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council proposing the annexation of certain property; and WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to RCW 35.13.130 was signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix December 7, 1990, for a hearing upon said petition, and caused proper notice of hearing to be provided; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the City Council determined to annex all of the property described in the petition; and WHEREAS, a request for review of the annexation by the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board was filed within the designated review period; and WHEREAS, as a result of the request for review, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board did at their June 12, 1991 public meeting adopt expanded boundaries pursuant to R.C.W. 36.93.150, and approve the annexation as depicted on map Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on the annexation as modified by the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board and did provide notice to property owners included within the area proposed for annexation as modified by the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it desires to annex the property to the City in accordance with the boundaries as modified by the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property hereinafter described, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: LEGAL DESCRIPTION All that portion of Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M. and Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M. described as follows:
