0!!!ti <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1812-91 <br /> An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. E!/E12ETT <br /> 1765-91 , and Section 44(D) of Ordinance No. 1671-89, <br /> Extending the Effective Date of Section 37 of Zoning <br /> Code Ordinance No. 1671-89 (Environmentally Sensitive Areas) . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted Ordinance No. 1765-91 which <br /> extended Section 37 of Zoning Ordinance No. 1671-89 (Environmentally <br /> Sensitive Areas) until September 1, 1991; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for a revised Environmentally Sensitive Areas section <br /> of the Zoning Code and remanded the recommendation to the Planning <br /> Commission for further consideration; and <br /> WHEREAS, the revised Environmentally Sensitive Areas section of the <br /> Zoning Code will not be adopted prior to the expiration of the <br /> interim regulations on September 1, 1991, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is necessary to further <br /> extend the interim regulations until such time as the Council adopts <br /> revised regulations. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTTC)N 1 : Section 44(D) of Ordinance 1671-89, as amended by <br /> Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1765-91 , which reads: <br /> Section 37 of this ordinance, Environmentally Sensitive Areas, is <br /> interim and shall remain in effect until September 1, 1991. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> Section 37 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 1729-90, is interim and shall remain in effect until <br /> December 1 , 1991. <br /> S1CTTON 2: This is a public emergency ordinance necessary for the <br /> protection of the public health, safety and welfare; and shall be <br /> made effective immediately upon becoming valid. <br /> PETE KINCH, May r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> '• �� G <br /> DONNA RIDER, Ci y Cl!' <br /> Passed: 08/28/91 <br /> Valid: 08/29/91 <br /> Published: 09/04/91 <br /> Effective: 08/29/91 <br />
