Has a valid Washington State Massage <br /> Practitioners license which was first <br /> issued prior to June 1, 1988, and the <br /> health care professional is able to <br /> demonstrate to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Clerk or his/her designee that the <br /> completion of the equivalent of 500 <br /> hours of educational training as <br /> verified by a Washington State APPROVED <br /> massage school; <br /> d.
