Has a valid Washington State Massage <br /> Practitioners license which was first <br /> issued on or after June 1, 1988; <br /> b. Has a valid Washington State Massage <br /> Practitioners license which was first <br /> issued prior to June 1, 1988, and the <br /> health care professional is able to <br /> demonstrate to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Clerk or his/her designee the <br /> completion of 500 hours of educational <br /> training from a Washington State <br /> APPROVED massage school; <br /> c. Has a valid Washington State Massage <br /> Practitioners license which was first <br /> issued prior to June 1, 1988, and the <br /> health care professional is able to <br /> demonstrate to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Clerk or his/her designee that the <br /> completion of the equivalent of 500 <br /> hours of educational training as <br /> verified by a Washington State APPROVED <br /> massage school; <br /> d. Has a valid Washington State Massage <br /> Practitioners license which was first <br /> issued prior to June 1, 1988, and the <br /> health care professional is able to <br /> demonstrate to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Clerk or his/her designee <br /> continuous professional liability <br /> insurance coverage for massage health <br /> care with a policy issued before June 1, <br /> 1988. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> The provisions of this title do not apply to: <br /> A. Persons giving massage treatments in their private <br /> residence to members of their immediate family; <br /> 3 <br />
