Background <br />OnI-21-2015 City Council approved amendments <br />to the development agreement for Waterfront <br />Place Central. <br />The approved plan allows residential use within <br />ioo' and zoo' of the shoreline edge. <br />An amendment to the SMP is also required to <br />allow the use in shoreline jurisdiction. <br />z <br />
