(7) Approve Bid Call 2015-087 for Commercial Diving Services to inspect maintain and repair plant equipment facilities over a two-year period. (8) Authorize the purchase of two Service Bodies and Equipment and the transfer of one Service Body and Equipment to City Supplied Truck Chassis via City of Seattle Contract 03205 for $112,483.64 including Washington State Sales Tax. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Everett School District regarding school impact fee collection. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Funding Approval Agreement for 2015 Community Development Block Grant Funds. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Forest Land Response Agreement and Federal Grant Agreement with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for mutual assistance cooperation in the control and suppression of forestland fire.
