Additional Required N/A DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: In January City Council approved amendments to the De—I--iilent Agreement between the City of Everett and the Port of Everett for the Waterfront Place Central dL s elopment. The amendments allow residential use in portions of the shoreline area between 100 and 200 fccl from the shoreline edge. This proposed ordinance amends the city's Shoreline Master Program to allow reslla=tial use in that same area. Department of Ecology approval of the amendments is al-cii�aTed by early September.
