TT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1796-91 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1457-88 <br /> providing for the vacation of a portion of Wilmington <br /> Avenue at Evergreen Way. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1457-88 which reads as follows: <br /> Section 6: <br /> That the City of Everett hereby retains an easement for access and to <br /> construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, repair and replace all utilities <br /> within the vacated area. The City of Everett further retains the right to <br /> grant to public and private utilities the right to construct, reconstruct, <br /> operate, maintain, repair and replace existing or proposed utility lines <br /> including, but not limited to telephone, gas and electrical, under, over and <br /> across the property above-described <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 6: <br /> That the City of Everett hereby retains an easement for access and to <br /> construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, repair and replace all utilities <br /> within the vacated area.
