April 26, 2017 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., April 26, 2017, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council <br /> Member Stonecipher was excused. <br /> Council Member Franklin led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 19, 2017, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> The minutes of the April 15, 2017, City Council Retreat were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> President Tuohy announced the move of Consent Items 9 and 10 to <br /> Action Items. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson reported on is his annual visit to Washington, D.C. He <br /> also announced a celebration to honor the completion of the Tulalip Water <br /> Pipeline Project will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017, 1:00 p.m., at the <br /> Quil Ceda Village. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance this week at meetings <br /> of the Envision Everett Committee and Historical Commission. <br /> Council Member Franklin announced the City's formation of an Evergreen <br /> Way Stakeholders Group that will be working with City staff to identify and <br /> implement potential improvements in the area. She encouraged anyone <br /> interested in joining this group to call (425) 257-7115 or visit the City of <br /> Everett website for more information. Council Member Franklin also <br /> reported on her attendance at the following events: Beverly-Pinehurst <br /> Park Neighborhood meeting, Superintendent's Community Lunch, the <br /> 141 <br />
