April 26, 2017 <br /> walk-a-thon sponsored by the Immaculate Conception & Our Lady of <br /> Perpetual Help School. <br /> STREET CLOSURE —ARTIST GARAGE SALE <br /> To authorize the closure of Hoyt Avenue between Wall Street and <br /> Hewitt Avenue from June 2, 2017, 12 p.m. through June 3, 2017, 6 <br /> p.m., for an artist garage sale sponsored by the Schack Art Center. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT — SMALL WORKS AND CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> ROSTERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with Municipal <br /> Research Services Center of Washington (MRSC) for the use of <br /> shared Small Works and Consulting Services Rosters at the cost of <br /> $600. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — REPRESENTATION ON WSTIP BOARD <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to adopt Resolution No. 7113 to establish primary and <br /> alternate representation on the Washington State Transit Insurance <br /> Pool (WSTIP) Board of Directors. <br /> 145 <br />
