The site, commonly known as Lot A,is a 242 stall surface parking lot on <br /> approximately 2.19 acres and is located at the Southwest corner of Smith Avenue and 32nd Street. <br /> The City wishes to have the property become a mixed use development while retaining exclusive rights to <br /> the existing inventory of 242 parking stalls for Everett Station and commuter use.The attached draft Request <br /> for Proposals 2012-X provides background information on the property and the City's objectives as well as <br /> the solicitation process requirements,RFP specifications and proposal evaluation criteria.
