The <br /> initial system segment will support contract documentation,ordinances,resolutions and motions. <br /> The RFP was advertised in the Herald and posted online. Ten proposals were received from interested firms. <br /> After careful evaluation,including interviews with four finalists,it was determined that Cities Digital <br /> provided the most advantageous proposal. Staff recommends award to Cities Digital in the amount of <br /> $173,139.48 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award RFP 2010-076 for a Electronic Document Management System and Authorize the Mayor to Sign a <br /> Contract with Cities Digital in the amount of$173,131.48 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br />
