4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "36th Street Railroad Crossing Closure,"Fund 303,Program 071, <br /> as established by Ordinance No. 2828-05. <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"36th Street Railroad Crossing Closure," <br /> Fund 303,Program 071,was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"36th Street Railroad Crossing Closure,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 071, as established by Ordinance No. 2828-05,be closed. <br /> Section 2: • <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"36th Street Railroad Crossing Closure,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 071, are as follows: • <br /> A.
