The site,commonly known as Lot A,is a 242 stall surface parking lot on <br /> approximately 2.19 acres and is located at the Southwest corner of Smith Avenue and 32nd Sheet. <br /> Everett Transit presented the Request for Proposal at a Council briefing on March 7,2012. Council <br /> requested additional information and for clarification on some procedural matters related to the project. <br /> This second briefing will address the questions raised at the March 7,2012 presentation and will clarify <br /> additional zoning requirements for including a housing element in a project at this site. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> 1 <br />
