Electrical and instrumentation work will include improvements to support the new and modified facilities. D. Project.Cost and Schedule: 1. The estimated MACC for Phase Cl is $20:0 million, and Phase C2 is $30.0 million, which do not include Percent Fee, Specified General Conditions costs, or sales tax. 2. Construction on Phase Cl of the Project is scheduled to begin in January 2014. Construction of Phase Cl must be substantially complete by December 2015. Construction of Phase C2 must be substantially complete in December 2017. E.
