The <br /> project meets the criteria established in RCW 39.10.340 for use of the GC/CM procedure. This project, for <br /> which the RFP is ready to be published, is needed to expand the capacity of the City's WPCF which has <br /> nearly reached its capacity. The total project is estimated to cost about$77 million, $70 million of which is <br /> the construction-related cost. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the advertisement of a Request for Proposals for the selection of a General <br /> Contractor/Construction Manager(GC/CM)for the design review and construction of the Water Pollution <br /> Control Facility Phase C Expansion. <br /> 1 <br />
