CONSENT ITEMS: (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,634,655.15 for the period of March 31, 1012 through April 6, 2012 (8) Authorize the closure of Rockefeller, California to Everett Avenue, on April 28, 2012, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., for a Healthy Kids Day / Health Fair sponsored by the Everett YMCA (9) Approve Bid Call 2012-024 for an Annual Supply of Asphalt Products. ACTION ITEMS: (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents to extend the contract with the Washington State Military Department for the FFY10 Buffer Zone Protection Program award. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1. to the Agreement between the City of Everett and the Greater Everett Community Foundation to update reimbursement rates for endowed and non-endowed funds to be consistent with Greater Everett Community Foundation Board Policy (12) Award Bid 2012-016 for an Annual Supply of Water Meter Installation Parts to HD Fowler Co. Inc. in the amount of $399,822.17 including Washington State Sales Tax (13) Award RFP 2011-004 for a Voice Messaging System and Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Contract with Continuant in the amount of $240,313.80 including Washington State Sales Tax. (14) Adopt Resolution authorizing use of the state wide electronic databases maintained by the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) as the City's Small Public Works and consulting services rosters (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the HOME Agreement by and between Snohomish County and the City of Everett for the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) (16) Award the bid for the Pacific and Eclipse Mill Road Intersection improvements to Colacurcio Brothers, Inc., in the amount of $661,585.00 (17) Authorize Mayor to Sign a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. to provide additional Engineering services for the 2012 Comprehensive Sewer Plan in the amount of $43,575.00
