On Friday, April 13, 2012, an electronic copy of <br /> the 2012 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Application was transmitted to City <br /> of Everett Mayor Ray Stephanson via email. In addition, on the same date as indicated above, <br /> an electronic copy of the application was provided to each of the seven (7) members of the <br /> Everett City Council by email. <br /> Opportunity for Citizen Review and Comment <br /> In accordance with the standard procedure and process for conduct of business by the Everett <br /> City Council,the matter of the 2012 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant <br /> Application was brought before the City Council and a request for approval for the Mayor, or <br /> his authorized designee, to submit the application has been approved by that body. Such <br /> consideration occurred at the regularly scheduled Everett City Council meeting on Wednesday, <br /> April 25, 2012. This meeting was publicly announced, plus open to the public and an <br /> opportunity, for public comment, is routinely available during all regular City Council public <br /> sessions. <br /> 27 <br />
