Re-approp-TDR Grant 002R . ; :10,710 • : The City received a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce in the sum of • $30,000 to conduct an Economic Feasibility Analysis of potential Transfer of Development Rights(TDR) receiving areas throughout the City. The study will include an evaluation of • development regulations,infrastructure analysis,and an inventory of existing public facilities in the potential TDR receiving areas. • On November 3,2010,City Council authorized the Mayor to execute the Washington State Transfer of Development Rights Grants for Central Puget Sound Cities Interagency Agreement ,A • with the City of Everett through the Department of Commerce Growth Management Services. • The original grant amount was$30,000.
