Change Order#5 incorporates all labor, equipment, <br /> materials, and markups to complete the installation. <br /> These gates allow level control of the Aeration Cells to provide maximum flow out of the aeration cells <br /> during storm events and prevent damage to the aeration cell dikes. <br /> This Change Order#5 also adds 108 calendar days to Schedule A. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order#5 with Stellar J Corporation for the WPCF Phase B-2 <br /> Improvement project for a net increase of$250,000.00 to the total Contract price. <br /> 69 <br />
